PC Urban’s IntraUrban Evolution re-imagines the concept of vertical industrial with 105,000 sq.ft. of Class A industrial and office strata stacked over four stories. This innovative development is more than a new industrial hub. It’s a bulls-eye location in the heart of Vancouver for inspiration and work-life balance featuring Cardinal 272 insulating glass units, silicone spandrel non-vision panels, and laminated glass fabricated by PFG Glass.
